Acceptance of terms

Arabify ("we", "us", the "Service") is a free, browser-based Arabic calligraphy studio. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the service

Arabify is provided for personal and commercial creative use. You may:

• Generate Arabic calligraphy images, logos and videos for your own projects.
• Use your exported files in personal, educational and commercial work, subject to the font licensing note below.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service to create content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, infringing or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Misrepresent the Service as your own or resell access to it.

Your content

The text you enter and the artwork you create are processed entirely in your browser and are not stored by us. You are solely responsible for the text you input and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You retain all rights to the original text you provide.

Fonts and intellectual property

Arabify renders your text using open-source Arabic fonts. The exports you create are yours to use, but the underlying typefaces remain the property of their respective designers and are provided under their own open-source licenses. For high-volume or sensitive commercial use, we recommend confirming the license of the specific font you choose. The Arabify name, logo and website design are our property and may not be copied without permission.

Advertising

The Service is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguishable from our content. We are not responsible for the products or services promoted in third-party ads.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exports will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arabify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to the service and terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
